I have been asked to draw sellers attention to the fact that several desirable items were stolen at a recent jumble. 
It has been suggested that the culprits may not have been "cyclists" but that the jumble had been visited by n'er-do-wells and the usual suspects who will nick anything to then flog it on. So wherever the jumble is held, the message is Keep your eyes open and/or wire your stuff down.
